FRONTIER GOODS LTD What is kept

What is kept here, and for how long

Written specifically about this site and this office rather than copied from a general notice. It describes what is held, where, and for how long, and it says plainly where nothing is held at all.

What this site sets and stores

Nothing. There is no cookie on any page here, so there is no cookie banner and no table of cookies: a table listing cookies that do not exist would be worse than no table. There is no analytics script, no tag manager, no pixel, no session recorder, no embedded video, no social widget and no map frame.

No page carries a form that transmits anything anywhere, so there is nothing on this site for a visitor to submit and nothing arriving from it to be stored.

The two tools

The cancellation planner and the listing checker are plain JavaScript running in the browser. The date entered into the planner and the boxes ticked in the checker are read, used to produce the text on screen, and discarded when the page is left; they are not transmitted, not written to local storage and not retained in any form. Both tools are additions to pages that already read without them: with JavaScript turned off the text, the navigation and every page here remain available, and each tool shows a worked example instead of a live result.

The one request that leaves the page

Each page asks Google Fonts for one stylesheet, which supplies the two typefaces used throughout. That request reaches Google and not this company, and it is the only request any page here makes to a third party. Nothing else is fetched from anywhere: the drawings are inline SVG written into the pages, the favicon is an SVG file served from this domain, and there are no images, icon fonts or scripts loaded from elsewhere.

Email

The address in the footer of every page, storefront@frontiergoods.shop, is an ordinary mailbox. A message sent to it is held in that mailbox with whatever the sender chose to put in it. Correspondence that relates to a line is filed against that line’s reference and then follows the retention below; correspondence that relates to nothing is kept in the mailbox and not filed anywhere else.

The record documents, and how long each is kept

Holdings of the office, by document

Cancellation evidenceNotice, carrier records, evidence of postingFiled against the line reference, with the sheet

The six-year period is the one that applies to company and tax records generally; it is not a period chosen by this office, and the documents above are kept together rather than separately so that one reference retrieves all of them.

The registered facts published here are exactly these, and they appear in the footer of every page: the company name FRONTIER GOODS LTD, company number 17428715, the D-U-N-S number 235115889, the registered office, the jurisdiction of England and Wales, the date of incorporation of 31st August 2026, the SIC code 47910 and the corporate email address. No individual is named anywhere on this site, and no other personal information about anyone is published here.

Where the rest of the record is described

The documents above are described in substance elsewhere on this site rather than only by name: the fields and the amendment rule on the record page, the slip on taking readings, the snapshot on listing duties, the cancellation evidence on the cancellation clock and the margin on condition grades.
